- Our customers have 7 days upon arrival to request a return (per the Consumer
Protection Act).
- Items must be unused, in complete original packaging (including invoice, accessories, and gifts).
- Customized products are non-returnable.
- Each order includes one free return shipping; additional return shipping fees are not provided
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, LINE Pay) or via bank transfer (ATM/Installments).
- Refunds take about 14 business days after we receive your return.
