Payment & Delivery


PAYMENT METHODS

  1. We operate on a prepayment basis. Please complete payment after placing your order so we can arrange production and shipping. The lead time is adjusted according to the order volume.
  2. We accept LINE Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, etc.) — safe and convenient.
  3. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.



METHOD OF PAYMENT 

  • Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB)
    Payments are processed securely via the SHOPLINE PAYMENT system. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
  • LINE Pay
    After placing your order, you will be redirected to the LINE Pay payment page. Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
  • Bank Transfer (please contact us first to reserve your order)
    • Bank Code: Taipei Fubon Bank (812)
    • Account Number: 8212 0000 1969 37
      After transferring, please provide the last five digits of your account number for verification so we can arrange shipment.
      If payment is not received within three days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please do not make late transfers.
      Any interbank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.


INVOICES

  1. An invoice will be issued after your purchase is completed.
  2. Invoices will be included with the product (for gift orders, the invoice will be sent separately).
  3. If you require a two-part or three-part invoice, or need a company name and tax ID, please note this in the remarks section at checkout, and we will arrange it for you.





SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICES 

As our products are handmade, production requires time. Orders will be shipped 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays; pre-order items excluded).

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.


DELIVERY METHODS 

  1. Once the payment is completed,  we will begin production and dispatch goods upon completion.
  2. Shipments are made every Tuesday and Thursday between 14:00–18:00 TW PSD . Orders placed on non working days or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  3. Tracking information will be provided for customers to monitor delivery status upon dispatch.

  • Black Cat (Standard): NT$180
  • Black Cat (Standard) — Offshore Islands: NT$280
    Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days from shipping date (actual time may vary based on logistics).




OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Due to regulatory restrictions, we currently do not offer international shipping. ( subject to change)



CHINA, HONG KONG AND MACAU (MAX ORDER AMT UNDER $7000NTD)

  • SF Express: Hong Kong & Macao — NT$650
  • SF Express: Mainland China — NT$850 (Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after shipping)
    Note: SF Express reserves the right to open and inspect parcels without prior notice if required by government regulations or for customs clearance purposes.


OTHER REGIONS (Max weight per order: 3kg)

  • SF Express: Singapore — NT$1,100
  • SF Express: Japan — NT$1,800
  • FedEx: NT$2,650–NT$3,500 (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping)

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  1. Delivery period may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or special events. Final delivery date is subject to change due to courier company’s policies.
  2. After two attempts of delivery if a package is still unable to be received. In addition opon package arrival the courier is not able to reach the customer via phone or email within three days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  3. For overseas addresses, the recipient’s full legal name (as shown on passport) must be provided — no abbreviations.
  4. Customs inspections may cause delays for international shipments.
  5. Import duties vary by country. Any taxes or inspection fees imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to pay duties or accept delivery, resulting in a return shipment, the refund will be deducted for all incurred two-way shipping fees, duties, and other related costs.

We will never call you to request ATM operations or ask for your bank balance. If you receive a suspicious call, please refuse to provide information, contact us to verify, or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline (165) for assistance.
